After Easter

Hi everyone!

Greetings from Athens! I’m just back from my Easter break in Mytilene, Greece, which was a truly enlivening experience. Mytilene is abundantly blessed with natural thermal springs and so I had the wonderful opportunity for water purification (aka warm water rebirthing) at its finest, while I was celebrating the biggest feast for Physical Immortality in the Western world, Easter!

Physical Immortality is celebrated in most cultures. It’s a mark of divinity to reach a state of Physical Immortality. That is the true celebration of Christianity. Christ’s divinity was marked not by his ability to perform miracles but rather by the claim that he had performed the greatest miracle of all, rising from the dead in physical form.

To me the story of Jesus crucifixion and resurrection is completely symbolic. The crucifixion and it’s ordeal demonstrates the suffering one has to go through to completely overcome the struggle of the ego. Jesus actual death in the story illustrates the total surrender of the ego (For what is death but the death of your present ego identity and its attachments?). Jesus’ Resurrection represents the rise of the divine self – the pure essence of the body (the energy body). Jesus was able to ascend because his body was so light and his attachment to the Earth (Survival consciousness or death urge) had been completely eliminated. He was comprised, in that physical state, of only energy and light.

So what is the Easter story actually teaching us about Physical Immortality? It is teaching us that to be in Christ consciousness and achieve divinity we need to emulate the qualities that Christ himself embodied. Qualities like forgiveness, compassion, unity consciousness, gratitude, LOVE and connection with Source. The more we surrender to divine consciousness – the more we shed our worst nightmares, doubts and fears – the lighter our energy body becomes. The more light we embody, the more presence or life energy we have… In other words, we “reach” Enlightenment.

CONNECTION WITH SOURCE

Staying connected with our divine Source and acknowledging that we are one with it is fundamental to living in true Freedom and Peace. All faiths use some form of ritual to stay connected with God (or divine Source). The usual elements in most rituals are Fire (or smoke), Water, Air (Breathing), Prayer or repetition of God’s name (mantra/chanting), Earth (Fasting/ diet/ working in service to humanity) and Love.

In Rebirthing Breathwork sessions, connection with Source is the number one objective. All the rest that is experienced during a session is kind of like an interesting adventure into one’s self. The most profound part of the experience however, is the feeling of being one with Source. Rebirthing gives you direct access to Spiritual States – true peace and BLISS.

When we combine Breathwork, Silence and Spiritual Purification with the Elements, we open ourselves to have a true and personal conversation with God. The elements gift you with insights because nature and the universe are the living expressions of God, bubbling over with information and waiting patiently for you to relax and listen….

So I invite you to learn to experience connecting with the All through your Breath. Globally people are turning to their breath to learn the secrets about Life. After all, the Breath is Life…

In Truth, Simplicity and Love!
