Ben has spent his life blending art and science, spirituality and medical healthcare. He is fascinated by the different dimensions of health: the educational format in which they are delivered and/or become available for effective use to better humanity.
He is a world traveller, examining existing and available medical anthropology, a writer and clinical educator and lecturer.
During all his on-going research, Ben believes, fundamentally, that the Breath is the greatest single unregistered long-term medical health treatment available to us. He is determined to improve and better the collective consciousness of humanity, right now, by developing and enhancing learning and education connected to the Breath.
Ben is one of the founders and co-director of Global Breathing Awareness and Agapi App. Together, we can rebirth the world.

"Before starting the breathing session with Dr. Ben, I really didn't realise to what degree I just didn't know how to breath. I wasn’t aware of how essential it was for my health, both mental and physical. Shortly after starting the sessions, with Dr. Ben’s incredible skill to guide me, I would find myself so deeply involved with the emotional pain I had forgotten all about. Releasing these traumas was even more beneficial: I would feel lighter and lighter after each session. Thank you Dr. Ben for the amazing effort you have put into my healing and thanks for helping me be the Light! 💙"

"I had the fortune of doing a breathing session with Ben applying a technique of sitting in front of a mirror for one hour just looking at myself and breathing with his guidance for one hour, it was one of the most blissful experiences I ever had and felt a natural high I’ve never felt before” thanks for you great work Ben, it’s very hard to describe the effect it’s had in my life ever since."
